Hey sports fans, the 8th annual Philly Sports Fans Choice rocked World Cafe Live December 15th, with yet another awesome show.
We honored the Phillies with our Outstanding Team Achievement Award for their awesome season.
This year's MVP award went to Eagles player DeSean Jackson for his incredible season, and Rising Star honors were awarded to LeSean McCoy, also from the Eagles.
